MEMORANDUMS – COOPERATION AGREEMENTS
In accordance with its competences, the Banking Agency of the Federation of BiH (FBA) exchanges information and cooperates with national and international authorities, bodies and institutions that perform supervision, resolution and other competences toward banks and other financial organizations. The FBA achieves those activities autonomously or in cooperation with the CBBH, pursuant to the provisions of the LoBA and under the regulation on the CBBH.
