The FBIH Banking Agency (hereinafter: Agency) is notifying the public and citizens about the development of supervisory expectations regarding bank practices during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic (hereinafter: pandemic). The supervisory expectations have been developed to support the implementation of the measures passed by the Agency in the previous period with the aim of mitigating and recovering from the adverse economic effects of the pandemic, and to send an initiative to the banks, as socially responsible companies, for action aimed at promoting active, socially responsible and enabling policies which will contribute to the recovery of the economy, stability of the banking sector and market as a whole.
