A Decision on Appointing an External Administrator in SBERBANK BH d.d. Sarajevo
The Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed Decision number: 03-1-1-614/22 of 27 February 2022 on appointing external administrators in the Sberbank BH d.d. Sarajevo given the importance of the Bank in the financial system, with the objective of preserving the banking system’s stability, protecting the Bank’s depositors and creditors and preserving safe, stable and lawful operation of the Bank.
