Banking Agency of the Federation BiH marked the World Savings Day presenting donations
The Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBA) has marked this year's World Savings Day in the spirit of socially responsible activities.
In order to maintain a safe and stimulating environment for those who need our help at the very beginning of their lives, the FBA has donated money to the institutions dealing with children without parental care: Cantonal Public Institution " The Home for Children Without Parental Care " Bjelave, Public Institution Children's Home Mostar and Association "Heart for the kids with cancer in FBiH".
The donations are in the form of procurement the equipment needed and funds in the total amount of 30.000 KM, respectively 10.000 KM for each of the mentioned institutions.
- We are deeply grateful to the Banking Agency of the FBiH for support and donation which helped the work of our institution. Parents’ House is not only a human project, it is an example of how a new system of value might be set up, which will help to children and parents in their hardest moments. The Banking Agency has recognized the value of our project - said Fikret Kubat, director of the " Association "Heart for the kids with cancer in FBiH".
We want to emphasize that the World Savings Day is an opportunity to highlight the positive aspects of saving as good habit, but it is also the opportunity to support institutions working on socially responsible activities.
